PECO said Tuesday its natural gas commodity rate will go up 5 percent from current prices but will be down 17.2 percent overall from last winter. Effective Tuesday, PECO's rate will be $1.20 per hundred cubic feet of natural gas, or Ccf. It is currently $1.14 per Ccf.
