Definition: Number of people pushed below the $1.90 ($ 2011 PPP) poverty line by out-of-pocket health care expenditure. This indicator shows the number of households experiencing impoverishing expenditures, defined as expenditures without which the household would have been above the $1.90 poverty line, but because of the expenditures is below the poverty line.
