(a) Crude oil exports are restricted to: (1) crude oil derived from fields
under the State waters of Alaska's Cook Inlet; (2) Alaskan North Slope
crude oil; (3) certain domestically produced crude oil destined for
Canada; (4) shipments to U.S. territories; and (5) California crude oil
to Pacific Rim countries. On December 6, 1991, the U.S. Department of
Commerce approved a license to export 25,000 barrels per day of
California heavy crude oil (less than 20 degrees API gravity) to Pacific
Rim countries for one year.
(b) Includes miscellaneous products, motor gasoline blending components, and
other hydrocarbons and oxygenates.
(s) = Less than 500 barrels or less than 500 barrels per day.
LPG = Liquefied Petroleum Gases.
Oxy = Oxygenates.
