According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.economist.com\/blogs\/graphicdetail\/2013\/08\/daily-chart-3\">The Economist<\/a>, more than 8% of Uruguay&#8217;s population ages 15 to 64 smoked cannabis in 2011, a higher percentage than in previous years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Consumption of cannabis has also increased worldwide.
