Let\u2019s start with a graph showing visits from Tripoli, the capital of Libya.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.indexmundi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/Tripoli-City-Detail-Google-Analytics.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"Tripoli City Detail- - Google Analytics\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Tripoli City Detail- - Google Analytics\" src=\"http:\/\/www.indexmundi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/Tripoli-City-Detail-Google-Analytics_thumb.png\" width=\"738\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The graph above shows that access to the Internet in Tripoli has been virtually non-existent since February.
