Definition: Logistics professionals' perception of country's overall level of competence and quality of logistics services (e.g. transport operators, customs brokers), on a rating ranging from 1 (very low) to 5 (very high). Scores are averaged across all respondents.

Description: The map below shows how Logistics performance index: Competence and quality of logistics services (1=low to 5=high) varies by country. The shade of the country corresponds to the magnitude of the indicator. The darker the shade, the higher the value. The country with the highest value in the world is Switzerland, with a value of 4.32. The country with the lowest value in the world is Somalia, with a value of 1.33.
