I just released two updates: the minerals section contains the most recent data from the USGS, and I have used the same data to create a minerals section with country ranking charts and yearly production trends. I will integrate both sections better in the not too distant future.

The newest feature added to the country rankings section consists of embeddable country ranking charts. Here is an example:

I’m using Google’s fantastic chart api to generate the horizontal bar chart. Note that for now you can only embed charts with up to 10 countries. The charts are available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese.
